Each item is handcrafted by Charmed & Crowned using premium cardstock and carefully selected designer papers. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in pattern placement, color, and embellishment may occur, making every piece one of a kind. Props, gift cards, cash, and handwritten messages shown in photos are for display purposes only and are not included. Colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor or device settings.

Shipping & Processing

Every item from Charmed & Crowned is carefully handcrafted and packaged with care. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Custom and personalized items may require additional production time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times are estimated by the carrier and are outside of our control.

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you promptly.

Returns & Exchanges

At Charmed & Crowned, each item is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because of the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] and include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Personalized, custom-made, digital, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
